Lomond School Former Pupils

Lomond is keen to maintain contact with all those who have had a connection with the school in the past and who may want to have a connection with the school in the future. The school has recently re-launched the association for Former pupils to extend to former parents and indeed former teachers.

The new organisation is called The Lomond School Association. Membership is free and open to all who have attended Larchfield, St Brides or Lomond Schools. It is also open to former teachers and parents. The main communication vehicle for this organisation in its infancy will be a group on the social networking site Facebook. To join Facebook simply register at www.facebook.com. Once registered search for the Lomond School Association and apply to join. Via this site you will receive information about planned activities and hopefully be able to catch up with class mates. Eventually the aim of the Association will be to translate the membership of the Facebook group into a proper stand alone web presence.

The LSA will be responsible for organising reunions, sports fixtures and other events. Please use the email address lomondfriends@lomond-school.org to contact the Secretary, Calum Sweeney.

	Hi, most of you won't remember me, but I went to Clarendon and went to J3 and left the summer 2003, then I moved to Portsmouth. I just want to thank all of you for making my tie the happiest time of my life. Now i rarely enjoy such good times that I had at Lomond

	Hi to every 1 out there teachers and pupils who may remember me,would be great to hear from anyone and catch up,im in the process of trying to arrange a school reunion for the class of 1993 and for the borders of bunbrae+lansdowne which would be so nice to see everyone again.I was at lomond as a border from 1984-1990 so if anyone remembers me or is intrested in the reunion then please get in contact via my email or facebook.xxx

	Hi from Heather Syme to all boarding and day buddies from 1974 to 1981! - I was a boarder in Lansdowne and Ashmount...still single, living in Glasgow...I keep in touch with Joan Neill (Music Teacher) and occassionally class-mate Eileen MacDonald who lives in Frankfurt....visited Shone Rae and Robert Barr (married) at Wimbledon one year!....email hsymehair@yahoo.co.uk...would love to hear from anyone!...
