Any pupil selected to represent the School must do so unless prior permission has been granted by the Headmaster
Any pupil who is unavailable for a fixture must hand a note to the person in charge of their team one week in advance
If a pupil is ill on the night before or on the day of a fixture then they must inform their captain and phone the emergency number
All pupils should check the website or phone their Captain by 7.30am on the day of a fixture
If there is a change to weekly afternoon games then it will be posted on the website notice board by 1.30pm (Wet Weather Policy)
All pupils must wear School Uniform (including blazers) to and from fixtures unless instructed of alternative arrangements by staff
All pupils must ensure they have the correct school kit and a tracksuit for games. A gum guard is highly recommended for rugby and hockey

Always listen and give respect to your teachers and coaches
Always respect the referee/umpire and never talk back to the officials
Respect all members of your team and encourage each other
Always shake hands with the opposition at the end of the game
Play hard but fair and ensure you stick by the rules of the game
Take responsibility for your actions and don’t blame others
Be sympathetic to others when they make mistakes, no-one is perfect
Always give 100% effort and look to develop your game by the end of each session/game
Enjoy both training and games but take it seriously
Always support your Captain
Always treat equipment with respect
Always help clear equipment at the end of each session or game
PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT
Always set a good example of behaviour to your son/daughter
Encourage you son/daughter but let them remain focussed on the game
Be supportive of the team and ensure all comments positive
Never shout or make comments to officials. If you have an issue speak to the member of staff i/c of the team
Be supportive to the staff i/c of the team and appreciate that they are giving freely of their time to afford your son/daughter the opportunity to play sport
Be respectful to the opposition and applaud good play from both sides
